Steemit Communities Unification Act Proposal.
=

What is the S.C.U.A.?
>>The Steemit Communities Unification Act is an attempt to create more synergy between ALL groups & people who are actively trying to make positive changes for not just minnows, but everyone. Over the last few months I have come to realize that even though there are a high number of different communities making differences, we actually share a lot of the **same** members. More times than not these members are doing the same job/responsibilities just with different groups at different times, but the notion is still the same. Helping the little guy while becoming a strong presence on the platform all the while trying to bring value to STEEMIT & projects.

Fundamentally I've come to the conclusion that one of the main reasons we don't see change like we would want is because:
>>" Even though we have many active groups trying to make a difference, there isnt a real synergy between all these groups as a whole. Its nice to have your own community, but lets remember that we actually make up a much larger community. The Steemit Community. So it should always be in our best interest to help other groups around that have like minded goals. "
#
So what does this mean?
>>I'm asking that all major players/leaders/indiviuals/groups who want to make a difference take a step back and consider this approach.

>>Nominate a maximum of 5 people to represent your said group.
Then we unite all the reps from the said group, creating a community of leaders.
We then put our heads together and tackle the same issues as before, but as Community.
>>
No one person has the solution to our strife's, the harsh reality is that we all hold the key to victory. Bringing all the pieces together is the hard part.
#
Why is this important?
>>With communities and SMTs arriving whenever they are, you have to assume that once given these tools, not only will we strive, but we will also fail. Without the proper understanding of how a community should work & be built, what you **might** see happen is more division and less communication between groups as they use these tools to empower themselves. Although there is a strong chance of this not happening, we must always consider what could happen.
#
"Steemit is only as strong as its weakest tag/community"
#
>>You can look around the platform and see all these different initiatives popping up for delegated SP, heck I'm even making a push to gain more, but now I see its not about Delegated SP, its about Communities. If we had a stronger community as a whole, **more people with SP who are open to delegating would do so and probably not charge as much or anything at all.** **Instead of charging people who barely have the STEEM to pay for Delegated SP, because at the end of the day we know that the majority of people buying SP are people who want to make a change.**
Which means they are vested and invested in the Platform. I also see the business aspect so I am open to people buying Delegated SP, but we should be able to tell the difference between someone who wants Delegated SP for themselves and those who want it for the better of the community and when it should be given and should be charged for.

Its obvious that there is a slight disconnect between the Top and the Bottom, this is because of the strain that has taken place on the **MIDDLE**. Here is a picture to explain.

![2017-11-30_07-28-32.png](https://steemitimages.com/DQmReiyXnYE9Quv2iXQStJSrYkKVfLcAYEEEZ2fioTKnYPh/2017-11-30_07-28-32.png)
The Solution is simple. Relieve the Pressure from the middle. Dolphins have a strong passion to want to make money for whales while also wanting to help out minnows. The lot of us understand how this goes, we know that whales would like to make money and that minnows would like decent payouts. We also have to factor in that dolphins ( whom make up a large part of HQ curators and content creators ) want to see more support from whales AND more dedication/HQ from minnows. So how do we fix this?

We all have our own goals, but they are similar so it should look like this.
Whatever problems we have on the platform should be dealt with together. We share the same reward pool. So if where I make money and you make money is the same place, we should all strive to make it the best place possible.
#
@dantheman & @ned are giving us a chance to change not only our lives, but what it means to even live life & with that we should all be grateful and willing to help each other out.

In the coming days I should be announcing my witness officially. *nods*
