 *image created by @sirpee6 using canva* The #week 4 challenge of the Redfish Rally is about goal setting, how you learned about steem/hive and who influenced you to join. Your current HP and the realistic goal you set for yourself as well as the date. These and many more will be discussed in this post as the challenge states.  **THE IMPORTANCE OF SETTING GOALS** There are lots of importance attached to setting goals but I will mention few of them. * Goal setting helps you determine what you want in life. * Goals help you stay motivated. * They help you beat procrastination. * Goals help you measure progress. * Goals give you focus.  **HOW I LEARNED ABOUT STEEM/HIVE AND WHO INFLUENCED ME TO JOIN** I learned about steem from a friend who was always busy with his phone and I asked what he is busy doing on his phone always. He said, he is busy posting/sharing part of his knowledge on a blogging platform called steemit. I inquire more and then search for the site online and read more on it. After I'm done with my registration, he put me through everything I need to know about the platform and also made himself available anytime I need help. @josoft introduced me to steemit while my hive account was created automatically since I have a steemit account. I started posting on hive late last month and here I am today.  **MY CURRENT LEVEL ON HIVE(HOW MUCH HP I HAVE) AND MY TARGET GOAL I WANT TO ACHIEVE WITH TIME**  *image on my blog(my hive profile picture)* I currently have a very low Hive Power. I have 35HP but I'm working earnestly to have more HP. By December this year, I want to have a minimum of 500HP. I'm working towards it and I will continue to work towards it.  **WHAT I LEARNT BY PARTICIPATING IN THE REDFISH 100 RALLY, AND HOW IT ASSISTED ME TOWARDS ACHIEVING MY GOAL** The goals of Redfish Rally are: 1. Reaching 500HP as soon as possible. 2. Interacting with people from different countries. 3. Posting of good quality post. All these has been achieved within a month except the HP which is a gradual process. I also learn to post constantly/often since I joined the Redfish Rally Challenge.  https://youtu.be/Avc7K8Hyi8k
