But upcoming, young athletes often have quite a tough time making it to the professional level - even if they're talented. 
The problem is often to cover for all the cost of traveling to different competitions, pay for the expensive equipment, training sessions and so on. 
## Now, the startup *TokenStars* aims to disrup the talent industry and provide a new, decentralized, blockchain-based way of talent management!

## What is TokenStars?
TokenStars is a blockchain-based talent management platform. 
#### It aims to support upcoming athletes and performs through decentralized talent sourcing, therefore offering a whole new type of talent development and -management that works on top of the Ethereum Blockchain. 
Upcoming athletes have to cover a lot of cost for training and constant traveling. Many promising talents can't afford that, and therefore never make it to the pro level - which is a pity!
#### This is where TokenStars steps in to support young talents, and Investors can profit from their success as well. 
TokenStars will start with Tennis and football, but move on to other sports and other entertainment sectors in the future!

## How does it work?
By supporting the TokenStars coins, you are directly supporting upcoming athletes as well. As their success grows, the value of your tokens also rises. 
The whole concept is based on the Ethereum Blockchain, as users contribute to the platform by purchasing ERC20 tokens.

### When you want to become a part of TokenStars, you can choose between 3 roles when signing up: 
#### - Scouts:
Scouts look for potential talented players and assess them. They write an assessment for the player to TokenStars, where the player profile will be up for voting. 
#### - Promoters:
Promoters build up the players' fanbase by managing and updating their social media profiles. They also pitch the player to local media and potential advertisers.
#### - Analysts:
Analysts take an extensive look at the data of different players and vote for whoever they evaluate to be the most promising.

## TokenStars for different industries



### #1 TokenStars ACE - Tennis
The first project of TokenStars will be ACE, to support upcoming tennis players. 
There are over 1 Billion Tennis fans in the world, who could be introduced to the world of blockchain and cryptocurrency through TokenStars! 
The advisory board for TokenStars ACE features many star tennis players, global top coaches and scouts. 

### #2 TokenStars GOAL - Football (Soccer)
The 2nd project for TokenStars will be GOAL - focusing on upcoming football players. 
Football is the most popular sport in the world and professional players get payed millions each *week* - in addition to their huge advertising deals with sports brands like Nike or Puma. 
Football events attract hundreds of millions of fans each year, and the whole industry is represented globally and offers a lot of potential. 
Young star players also have to go through the struggle of keeping up with the cost for training and traveling, which is where TokenStars can help support them.

### #3 Other sports / Entertainment Industry
Following Tennis and Soccer, there will be other sports to be represented by TokenStars like Poker, basketball and hockey.

## TokenStars ICO 
There won't be one *main* ICO for TokenStars, but instead ICO's for each division. 
On September 10, TokenStars ACE will begin the ICO for the tennis industry. 
280 BTC have already been raised in a pre-sale, while there's a maximum cap of 1747 BTC for the whole ACE tokensale. 
Early investors who will invest in ACE will later also be able to exchange these tokens for other sports.
