Introducing the hitlist, a list of inactive players ranked from most tokens to least tokens to give pillagers some alternatives to focus their attention on.

Could this cause some sell pressure? Sure! I personally would rather that sell pressure come now and consistently than out of nowhere built up sky high when it hurts us the most though. 

And more importantly, new players can just be new players and pillagers can just be pillagers. This is easily one of my favorite updates!
