Titles are starting to come out both on theater and streaming, and the last ones are closing up, in these case the second season of <a class="wpil_keyword_link keychainify-checked" title="Silo" href="https://www.imdb.com/title/tt14688458/" target="_blank" rel="noopener" data-wpil-keyword-link="linked" data-wpil-monitor-id="2581">Silo</a> is building to a peak episode that is tying up all the loose ends, I have been waiting to see things come together between Solo and finally who else was with them all this time, they were never alone on Silo 17. This episode goes back and forth between the inside of <a class="wpil_keyword_link keychainify-checked" title="Silo" href="https://www.imdb.com/title/tt14688458/" target="_blank" rel="noopener" data-wpil-keyword-link="linked" data-wpil-monitor-id="2582">Silo</a> 17 with Juliette, Solo, Eater and the rest of the kids, and also the increasing tensions in Silo 18, the action, drama and the story keeps unfolding giving out all those details I was expecting from the Silo 17 story and some more from the Silo construction over all but I have a though that this Friday episode 10 is going to end with a huge cliffhanger. What I liked most about this TV was how the writers could resolve loose ends and leave us wondering what is next. The episode from the start take off its mask and straight up reveal what has been going on in <a class="wpil_keyword_link keychainify-checked" title="Silo" href="https://www.imdb.com/title/tt14688458/" target="_blank" rel="noopener" data-wpil-keyword-link="linked" data-wpil-monitor-id="2583">Silo</a> 17, all the kids who had been watching Juliette since she arrived. This scenes add new meaning to moments we thought we knew, not everything is what we can see, this shows how well planned out the show plotting is. The dark, claustrophobic atmosphere of both silos remains been awesome at the same time depressing. - <a class="wpil_keyword_link keychainify-checked" title="IMDB" href="https://inleo.io/@flixfinder/imdb" target="_blank" rel="noopener" data-wpil-keyword-link="linked" data-wpil-monitor-id="2596">IMDB</a>: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt28100090/ - Platform: <a class="keychainify-checked" href="https://tv.apple.com/us/episode/freedom-day/umc.cmc.4v3gat04y129mm0smdu6ea3dh?at=1000l3V2&ct=app_tvplus&itscg=30200&itsct=justwatch_tv_12&playableId=tvs.sbd.4000%3AA0026501001&showId=umc.cmc.3yksgc857px0k0rqe5zd4jice" rel="noopener"><strong>AppleTV+</strong></a> <div align="center"></div> <div style="text-align: left;" align="center"><img class="alignnone size-full" src="https://tr0.lol/images/Silo-2023-S02E09-RECAP-rtt.png" width="728" height="218" /></div> <div style="text-align: left;" align="center"><a class="wpil_keyword_link keychainify-checked" title="Rottentomatoes" href="https://inleo.io/@flixfinder/rotten-tomatoes-the-website-that-changed-how-we-watch-movies-3nn" target="_blank" rel="noopener" data-wpil-keyword-link="linked" data-wpil-monitor-id="2595">Rottentomatoes</a> Rating</div> <div align="center"><img class="size-medium aligncenter" src="https://i.imgur.com/uwwnjtd.png" width="1024" height="62" /></div> <div align="center"></div> <div style="text-align: left;" align="center"><img class="alignnone size-medium" src="https://i.imgur.com/x7ng4Ct.png" width="1024" height="98" /></div> <div align="center"></div> <div align="center"><img class="size-medium aligncenter" src="https://tr0.lol/images/Silo-2023-S02E09-RECAP-001.png" width="1024" height="62" /></div> <a class="keychainify-checked" href="https://tv.apple.com/us/episode/freedom-day/umc.cmc.4v3gat04y129mm0smdu6ea3dh?at=1000l3V2&ct=app_tvplus&itscg=30200&itsct=justwatch_tv_12&playableId=tvs.sbd.4000%3AA0026501001&showId=umc.cmc.3yksgc857px0k0rqe5zd4jice" rel="noopener"><strong>Source</strong></a> For me the most interesting part of this episode is how Solo’s true identity and his connection to the vault are revealed, Steve Zahn is just excellent at his role as we find out that <a class="wpil_keyword_link keychainify-checked" title="Solo" href="https://silo.fandom.com/wiki/Solo" target="_blank" rel="noopener" data-wpil-keyword-link="linked" data-wpil-monitor-id="2600">Solo</a> is actually Jimmy, Russell Conroy’s son, who was IT head during the rebellion, Jimmy having to watch his father die as a child, while following orders to keep the vault sealed, is an incredible emotional memory to his character. These scenes have a deep chemistry between Zahn and Rebecca Ferguson within their roles of Solo and <a class="wpil_keyword_link keychainify-checked" title="Juliette" href="https://silo.fandom.com/wiki/Special:Search?query=Juliette&scope=internal&navigationSearch=true" target="_blank" rel="noopener" data-wpil-keyword-link="linked" data-wpil-monitor-id="2597">Juliette</a> to the point she actually start caring for him all of the sudden after she figure out the truth, especially when Juliette helps Solo confront his past trauma and eventually opens up to help the survivors. One of the most important plot points of the series thus far emerges as the existence of "The Safeguard." In Lukas' investigation of the encoded message of <a class="wpil_keyword_link keychainify-checked" title="Salvador Quinn" href="https://www.cbr.com/silo-salvador-quinn-explained/" target="_blank" rel="noopener" data-wpil-keyword-link="linked" data-wpil-monitor-id="2591">Salvador Quinn</a>, we find out that there are more than 50 silos, but in fact 51 in total, the question remains WHY? not regarding the amount of <a class="wpil_keyword_link keychainify-checked" title="Silo" href="https://www.imdb.com/title/tt14688458/" target="_blank" rel="noopener" data-wpil-keyword-link="linked" data-wpil-monitor-id="2584">Silo</a> but why creating them? we already know its toxic out there since Juliette almost didn't make it to <a class="wpil_keyword_link keychainify-checked" title="Silo" href="https://www.imdb.com/title/tt14688458/" target="_blank" rel="noopener" data-wpil-keyword-link="linked" data-wpil-monitor-id="2585">Silo</a> 17 although could it also be she is not use to breath air from the outside? I'm getting my theories ready. Then there is this tunnel at the bottom of <a class="wpil_keyword_link keychainify-checked" title="Silo" href="https://www.imdb.com/title/tt14688458/" target="_blank" rel="noopener" data-wpil-keyword-link="linked" data-wpil-monitor-id="2586">Silo</a> 18; that we knew since Juliette got access to the hard drive, is guarded by an entirely new mysterious AI system. The Algorithm, as it's called, reveals that only a select few have discovered this secret, although it only spoke to the first two, <a class="wpil_keyword_link keychainify-checked" title="Salvador Quinn" href="https://www.cbr.com/silo-salvador-quinn-explained/" target="_blank" rel="noopener" data-wpil-keyword-link="linked" data-wpil-monitor-id="2592">Salvador Quinn</a>, Mary Meadows and George Wilkins. This information, if shared, is a threat to 'The Safeguard' being activated, which would apparently act as a fail safe built into the design of the silos, but what this safeguard would do is my question, is it to destroy or lock down a <a class="wpil_keyword_link keychainify-checked" title="Silo" href="https://www.imdb.com/title/tt14688458/" target="_blank" rel="noopener" data-wpil-keyword-link="linked" data-wpil-monitor-id="2587">Silo</a>? whats is the damn secret behind it, I have always imagine the <a class="wpil_keyword_link keychainify-checked" title="Silo" href="https://www.imdb.com/title/tt14688458/" target="_blank" rel="noopener" data-wpil-keyword-link="linked" data-wpil-monitor-id="2588">Silo</a> could be some sort of battery just like in the Matrix. <div align="center"><img class="size-medium aligncenter" src="https://tr0.lol/images/Silo-2023-S02E09-RECAP-002.png" width="1024" height="62" /></div> <a class="keychainify-checked" href="https://tv.apple.com/us/episode/freedom-day/umc.cmc.4v3gat04y129mm0smdu6ea3dh?at=1000l3V2&ct=app_tvplus&itscg=30200&itsct=justwatch_tv_12&playableId=tvs.sbd.4000%3AA0026501001&showId=umc.cmc.3yksgc857px0k0rqe5zd4jice" rel="noopener"><strong>Source</strong></a> <div align="center"><img class="size-medium aligncenter" src="https://tr0.lol/images/Silo-2023-S02E09-RECAP-003.png" width="1024" height="62" /></div> <a class="keychainify-checked" href="https://tv.apple.com/us/episode/freedom-day/umc.cmc.4v3gat04y129mm0smdu6ea3dh?at=1000l3V2&ct=app_tvplus&itscg=30200&itsct=justwatch_tv_12&playableId=tvs.sbd.4000%3AA0026501001&showId=umc.cmc.3yksgc857px0k0rqe5zd4jice" rel="noopener"><strong>Source</strong></a> Even though season two started slow and draggy I have to say it was worth watching, I enjoy how it balances personal drama with bigger mysteries, even if that means keeping the suspense for so long. Clear example is how Simms wife kept from him that she help the rebels even though it was on their best interest but she kept it from him until it was the right time to reveal her cards, playing the double agent, same goes for when <a class="wpil_keyword_link keychainify-checked" title="Juliette" href="https://silo.fandom.com/wiki/Special:Search?query=Juliette&scope=internal&navigationSearch=true" target="_blank" rel="noopener" data-wpil-keyword-link="linked" data-wpil-monitor-id="2598">Juliette</a> sees the second suit and doesn't just run away because at that moment she realize who Solo is so she felt he need her help. There is also emotional side of the series, how Solo's true identity revelation, his past and the survivors understanding that their parents deaths were not as an attack of aggression or intentional, makes the series way more than just an excellent <a class="wpil_keyword_link keychainify-checked" title="sci fi" href="https://scifi.fandom.com/wiki/Main_Page" target="_blank" rel="noopener" data-wpil-keyword-link="linked" data-wpil-monitor-id="2593">sci fi</a> story. There is also the betraying in question, who is manipulating who? I say this because when Knox talk to <a class="wpil_keyword_link keychainify-checked" title="Walker" href="https://silo.fandom.com/wiki/Martha_Walker" target="_blank" rel="noopener" data-wpil-keyword-link="linked" data-wpil-monitor-id="2599">Walker</a> about the gunpowder I felt something was fishy, it didn't felt right, he comes in saying he knows who the traitor is like again playing double agent, but is he really just feeding false information because I'm sure someone saw Walker camera on, right? they had to. <div align="center"><img class="size-medium aligncenter" src="https://tr0.lol/images/Silo-2023-S02E09-RECAP-004.png" width="1024" height="62" /></div> <a class="keychainify-checked" href="https://tv.apple.com/us/episode/freedom-day/umc.cmc.4v3gat04y129mm0smdu6ea3dh?at=1000l3V2&ct=app_tvplus&itscg=30200&itsct=justwatch_tv_12&playableId=tvs.sbd.4000%3AA0026501001&showId=umc.cmc.3yksgc857px0k0rqe5zd4jice" rel="noopener"><strong>Source</strong></a> <div align="center"><img class="size-medium aligncenter" src="https://tr0.lol/images/Silo-2023-S02E09-RECAP-005.png" width="1024" height="62" /></div> <a class="keychainify-checked" href="https://tv.apple.com/us/episode/freedom-day/umc.cmc.4v3gat04y129mm0smdu6ea3dh?at=1000l3V2&ct=app_tvplus&itscg=30200&itsct=justwatch_tv_12&playableId=tvs.sbd.4000%3AA0026501001&showId=umc.cmc.3yksgc857px0k0rqe5zd4jice" rel="noopener"><strong>Source</strong></a> The episode ends with Lukas going into this tunnel and just the AI talking to him, it was a masterclass in building up tension, now I'm expecting a door to open and he either gets into a room or it goes into some other place, but if we go back in time, I doubt he is going to get any more answers because <a class="wpil_keyword_link keychainify-checked" title="Meadows" href="https://silo.fandom.com/wiki/Mary_Meadows" target="_blank" rel="noopener" data-wpil-keyword-link="linked" data-wpil-monitor-id="2594">Meadows</a> still wanted to go out, why? Quinn probably had some answers as he was sneaky enough to destroy all pre rebellion data so the <a class="wpil_keyword_link keychainify-checked" title="Silo" href="https://www.imdb.com/title/tt14688458/" target="_blank" rel="noopener" data-wpil-keyword-link="linked" data-wpil-monitor-id="2589">Silo</a> stay in line and avoid this "safeguard" , making it sound more like an auto destruction trigger. There is also the possibility that this Silo takes Lukas to Silo 51 been the "Master Silo" probably who <a class="wpil_keyword_link keychainify-checked" title="Bernard" href="https://silo.fandom.com/wiki/Bernard_Holland" target="_blank" rel="noopener" data-wpil-keyword-link="linked" data-wpil-monitor-id="2579">Bernard</a> gets in contact with when his key start glowing, its just the perfect storm of questions and possibilities to what could happen this Friday. <div align="center"><img class="size-medium aligncenter" src="https://i.imgur.com/uwwnjtd.png" width="1024" height="62" /></div> <div align="center"></div> <div style="text-align: left;" align="center"><img class="alignnone size-medium" src="https://i.imgur.com/r0yj9oi.png" width="1024" height="98" /></div> I have to admit, I was hating a bit on this season until episode three, after that things started to pick up to the point where we are now and a lot has happen in the past five episodes. The kids on <a class="wpil_keyword_link keychainify-checked" title="Silo" href="https://www.imdb.com/title/tt14688458/" target="_blank" rel="noopener" data-wpil-keyword-link="linked" data-wpil-monitor-id="2590">Silo</a> 17 scenes were epic, how they were watching Juliette and Solo all this damn time. Then we got Silo 18 at breaking point with tension, its a full blown royal rumble because its everyone against everyone, from <a class="wpil_keyword_link keychainify-checked" title="Bernard" href="https://silo.fandom.com/wiki/Bernard_Holland" target="_blank" rel="noopener" data-wpil-keyword-link="linked" data-wpil-monitor-id="2580">Bernard</a> and Simms, Knox and Walker, Lukas and the AI, its conflicts in every single level of Silo 18, and Juliette finally has the means to possibly go home to stop Silo 18 to blow up, question is will Bernard cooperate? will he let her come back in? I truly doubt it. With this new safeguard theory going around for the first time on this season I'm more exciting than ever to watch the next episode because things can get really bad but at the same time could be the event that get everyone together. <div align="center"><img class="size-medium aligncenter" src="https://i.imgur.com/uwwnjtd.png" width="1024" height="62" /></div> <div align="center"></div> <div style="text-align: left;" align="center"><img class="alignnone size-medium" src="https://i.imgur.com/AbuDA6i.png " width="1024" height="98" /></div> <iframe title="YouTube video player" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/uiBM-BCgANE?si=n65W_KtaqizB8ZiX" width="560" height="315" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen="allowfullscreen"></iframe> <p style="text-align: justify;"><a class="keychainify-checked" href="https://inleo.io/signup?referral=skiptvads" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><img class="alignnone wp-image-2320 size-large" src="https://i.imgur.com/NFNfXhz.png" alt="" width="980" height="193" /></a></p> #skiptvads, #inleo, #hive, #solo, #juliette, #bernard, #safeguard, #algorithm, #rebellion, #vault, #tunnel, #knox, #lukas, #walker, #silo, #mechanical, #survival, #betrayal, #survivors, #password, #secrets, #underground, #protocol, #founders, #mystery, #legacy, #control, #resistance, #flixfinder Posted Using [INLEO](https://inleo.io/@skiptvads/silo-2023-the-safeguard-s02e09-recap-96g)
