**Are We All One Interconnected Consciousness?**

 After having some distance healing done by a fellow steemian and indulging much of my attention over the past couple of years to contemporary non-duality, I wanted to look a little deeper into science to find out if we ourselves and all existence are expressions of one singular source of one "absolute" energy.

  Admittedly I did not investigate to deeply because quite frankly the mind boggles, but let's take a simplified look at physics.

**Physics**

Physics, translated from the ancient Greek word phusike meaning "knowledge of nature"

**Some branches of physics**

Which explores the ordinary day to day world of objects.

Which explores the behavior of the atoms and molecules that are the building blocks of the ordinary world.

Which explores the world of elementary particles, sub atomic particles and the atomic nucleus, the makeup of atoms and molecules.

Which explores one unified field which gives rise to energies from which existence is manifest.

**The Absolute**

  Essentially what science is telling us is that the deeper we look into what the world is made of, the less superficially complex the components of nature become and the closer we come to finding a singular and abstract energy that all the known universe appears from.

  The world of classical physics once thought that electricity and magnetism were two separate individual and independent forces that operated in two separate fields of energy until the discovery of electromagnetism which unified these energies into manifestations of one singular field of energy.

  Einstein began a quest to try and prove that electromagnetism and the theory of general relativity (gravity) were not forces of individual fields of energy but the result of a singular field, in doing so he would prove that everything in existence was the result of one unified field of energy.

  Einstein pursued this theory until his death, and science today with its developments in things such as [string theory](http://www.nuclecu.unam.mx/~alberto/physics/string.html), is still pointing toward the existence of one unified field from which all existence appears.

**Spirituality** 

  Scientists are beginning to nod toward ancient spiritual concepts of the nature of reality taken from teachings such as [advaita vedanta](http://www.iep.utm.edu/adv-veda/) and its modernized approach of [contemporary non-duality.](http://www.nondualityinstitute.org/What-Is-Nonduality.html)

  The deeper science investigates into the nature of the material world the less evidence it finds of physical matter, science is beginning to understand that we can know nothing of the nature of the world unless we understand something of the nature of that by which the world is known, consciousness.

**The Unified Field**

  It seems that the reality of existence is one boundless unified field of non-material energy from which emerges "bubbles" of vibration in various tones that form the quantum elements that form the atoms that form the building blocks of the world we know. The unified field would see to it that there is no observable boundary between anything perceived as objective experience and that which is the knowing of the experience. 

  The spiritual quest for understanding the true nature of the self and the scientific quest in understanding the nature of the universe have converged to meet at the conclusion that everything known in existence is born out of, manifest within, and known by an indivisible omnipresent essence.

  Not only are we all connected, we are all the same field of existence where there are no literal physical boundaries.
