é is an exclusive 9-seat chefs table inside of chef José Andrés' restaurant Jaleo at the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, serving 20-something courses made right before your very eyes.

Contrary to popular belief, obtaining a reservation is not too tricky - just make sure to plan months in advance. There are showtimes (seatings) at 5:30pm and 8:30pm nightly Tuesday through Sunday, with a meal expected to take around 2 and a half hours. Go for the later seating so you don't feel rushed.

The meal itself costs $250/person, and lives up to the pricing. From service to quality of food to overall experience it was amazing (they even send you some Willy Wonker-esque golden tickets to confirm your reservation), we will certainly be returning.
