0.000 HBDSwan Park with Beautiful Architecture
*immersed in its beauty* This place is exactly called “Swan Park”, because there are so many swans that are left free in this area. It’s located in West Surabaya, in a well-known residencial in my city. I read a lot of comments on social media saying that this park is not for public and it's only private for residents of the housing complex. Some comments even said that the security prohibit people from entering the park area. But, interestingly enough, there are also a lot of videos about this park on social media, which seems like this place is actually open to the public. After searching for more info, I found some people saying that it’s only open for public from 3 pm to 5 pm. So during that time everyday, people are allowed to spend time in the Swan Park area for free. I went to this place by walking because I parked my motorbike in a mall parking area that is close enough to the swan park–about 1 km away, because I don’t know if this place has a parking spot or not. From what I saw, there was a car parked in front of it and some motorbikes parked across the street. I don’t think I saw any parking attendants so it could be allowed for free as well. I came to this swan park before 4 pm, and there were quite a lot of people. Many of them were families, especially those who have the young childrens. Some people also brought food for the swans. In my opinion, the swans were not aggresive, I could easily walk past them without worry. Some of them were on the side of the lake, and others were busy swimming in the water. The lake is also big enough for them, so they can wandering around freely. The architecture of this swan park is so beautiful. It has slightly European architecture vibes, ain’t it? I don't even know. But if I take pictures from a certain angle, it’s looks so grand and majectic with tall buildings behind it. However, I’m not very good at photography, so these are the best I can capture from this beautiful swan park. There are also parents who spend time feeding their children while watching the swans, and also bring food for them too, which was so lovely. I don’t really remember the day I’ve visited this place, but I’m sure it was only a few days after Eid. So it’s not that crowded, but it's not too quiet either. It’s still comfortable to walk around and take the pictures here and there. However, for some reason the security guard seems like they can chase away people at anytime😂 maybe it was just me, but I felt like they were keeping eye at every single one who were in the park, so that was a little uncomfortable. Because of that, I made sure to go before the “closing time” based on what I read on the internet. Maybe I decided to leave at around 4.30 pm that afternoon, because I had also taken so many videos from various angles. That’s all for today’s blog. Thankyou for reading as always! Upvote for more content like this, and reblog is also appreciated :) See you in my next blog, hivers! [//]:# ([//]:# (!worldmappin -7.29213 lat 112.66936 long d3scr))
