Double Check that the Address from which you are trying to send the Twinkles is the same that is updated in CCS, Profile.
<b>As MEW is in Public Blockchain, transferring from here would require ETHER.</b>

How to get Ether in your Public Wallet is not discussed here. There are numerous ways of buying Ether. One of the way would be the Swap Functionality available at MEW using which, we can swap Bitcoins in External Wallets like CCS Bitcoins to MEW Ether.

<b>Transferring Twinkles from MyEtherWallet to CryptoCoinStreet</b>
Step 23: Click on the “Send Ether & Tokens” link at https://www.myetherwallet.com/ and unlock your Wallet. In the “Amount to Send”, there would be only “ETH” initially.

Step 24: Click on the “Load Tokens” button and click on the Down Arrow beside “ETH”. And Select TWNKL.

Step 25: Fill the Public Address of CCS which is <b>0x10e9EF1d99f64C6f833D82E174208Af8911f6bFC</b>
Enter the Amount of Twinkles, say 100. Adjust the Gas Limit, if Required. And Click the “Generate Transaction” Button.

Click on “Send Transaction”

Click on “Yes, I am sure! Make Transaction”.
