# Hey G n G's


For this video, I brought up some of the things that I've noticed in this process of crossing over into the blockchain space.  For the most part, they are things that start with me. Like I mentioned December was supposed to be my get ahead month. But of course, nothing ever goes  100% to plan. For example "editing" this video. It was supposed to be done before New Years. But I got distracted and lazy. It being the holiday season didn't help any. I had to show my face at some places. Honestly, distractions are everywhere, mind you I live alone. So I can only imagine what it's like or will be like for those who have kids, are married, or work more than one job. 

## Starting Small
I suggest starting out small in the allotted time you dedicate to this.  You may start with just 10 mins a day. But over time will grow to hours. I know that is how things started for me. For all the time I spent streaming comedies and anime. I could/should have used that time more productively. I had to remind my self that those shows will always be there.

## Sleep Is Over Rated And Question Everything
If you can't control your self this is going to be an uphill battle for you. Figure out what time of day works better for you studying, reading, or coding.  If your one of those **I need at least 8 hours of sleep people...** Oh man, do I feel sorry for you. There is so much information to take in and make sense of. I know for me, this process has me questioning and reevaluating my *biases, motivations, and convictions* (yes, its been getting that serious for me). I can only imagine where I will be in this process in 2 to 3 months down the road.

## Positive Network
Another big thing has been my support network. Those who know what I'm planning to do are mostly supportive. Even though most of them have no clue on the technical stuff and bearly have a solid understanding of what Bitcoin is. One thing I can say for the people who aren't crazy about this idea of mine. They at least know to keep their negative thoughts to themselves. Which I really appreciate. Watch out for the haters. Yes, that includes loved ones and family.

## Moving Forward
This process isn't easy. I didn't expect it to be. January is here and the clock has started. I don't know what to expect moving forward. The technology is advancing at such an alarming rate. And governments are playing catchup how to handle this disruptive technology. But I am looking forward to the future and this new stage in life. Let's take the trek together.
