Once we have the basics down its important to continually seek ways to improve.

This can be accomplished by regularly taking a long hard look at things. A realistic inspection and introspection of ourself and business will reveal areas that may be improved. If we can't find areas that could do with improvement we are not looking hard enough.

Once we have identify these areas then it is important that we make plans and set goals that help us to rectify and improve.

Goals should be framed in such a way that they are exciting, easy to remember and easy to measure. These goals should be written down, aim high and stretch ourselves and business in a realistic way.
