Using the right channels
Besides getting the messaging right we also need to consider the channels we will use to get that messaging to our potential customers.
-

In this technological era we are no longer simply bound by physical channels, there are also a number of e-commerce channels also available through which we can sell and disperse our message.

Initially we should probably limit our selves to one physical channel and on e-commerce channel as we start up. This will prevent us from being too distracted and potentially bogged down in all the many options available. As the business grows and becomes more established then we can add new channels as appropriate.

Below are some examples of channels:
-
`Physical Sales channels`:
- Direct sales - we sell direct to the public
- Distributor or wholesales - we sell in bulk to bulk sellers
- Retailer - we sell to others that sell to the public

`E-commerce sales channels`

- website - we sell from our own web site
- online store - we sell our product online along with other businesses
- mobile app - we sell to users inside an app

The secret to getting our message across is to be creative and make sure that no matter what channel we are using we can always grab our potential customers attention.
