Once we have figured out who our customers are and what they are all about, it's necessary to make sure that we are connecting with them.

Its very important to figure out what our message will be.

If our message does not reach them in a way that they understand and in a way that accurately speaks to them about exactly what it is we want to offer then, the message will quite possibly be lost.

Correct messaging is another key point in business that can lead to success or failure.

We can understand everything their is to know about our customer, have the right product at the right price but if our messaging is unclear it can have disastrous consequences for our business.

Our messaging should be short, uncomplicated and quickly promote and differentiate or offering.

It should include:

2. Our service or product.
3.  Why our product or service is different or better.
