Isla Mujeres, Mexico - Hacking Red Light for Optimal Light at Night!

Thinking about nature, light and the sun...the sun's final goodbye at night (the sunset) is FULL of infraRED rays, which has a zillion benefits to optimal health...(more to come about all that!)

For optimal health, circadian rhythm and more, following the sun's natural patterns is key.

So here's an example of how I hack the evening light to not just mimic the sunset's infrared rays but ALSO to decrease the isoloated blue/white junk light that is a huge part of poor health. (More to come on that too!) This was at the airbnb I stayed at in Isla Mujeres, Mexico.
