昨天年夜饭最受欢迎的菜除了梅干菜扣肉就是这道啤酒鸭了,听起来是道复杂的菜但实际简单易上手。鸭肉性寒,油脂少,对容易上火和正在减肥的朋友非常友好。 Braised duck with beer is a very delicious but easy dish. Duck meet is good for people who wants to keep fit because it has less fat. Let's see the steps!  第一步:处理鸭肉,沥干水,去掉一部分鸭皮(鸭皮太多容易油腻) Step 1: Chop the duck into pieces and remove some of the skins. 第二部:将以下调料放入鸭肉腌制:切片姜(10片左右); 一勺料酒;两勺生抽;一勺老抽; 一勺蚝油;一勺五香粉,少量盐和切碎的香葱,放入冰箱过夜腌制。 Step 2: Put the following spices on the duck: sliced ginger, cooking wine, soy sauce, oyster oil, some salt, five spice powder and minced green onion. And marinate overnight.  第三部:切好青椒(怕辣的可以掠过)和大蒜,先爆炒炒出香味。 Step 3: Put pepper and garlic in the wok and fry them up until you smell them. 第四部:加入鸭肉,倒入刚好没过鸭子的啤酒(注意啤酒不要选苦味太重的),盖锅盖中火焖半个小时。( 可以加入自己喜欢的配菜如萝卜土豆等) Step 4: Put the marinated duck and a bottle of beer and braise for 30 mins. 第五部:开大火收汁,放上香菜点缀。 这样就完成啦! 谢谢阅读,欢迎留言哦!!
