Honestly not sure how many of you use Snapchat or have been seeing the "news" about the app. About 3 weeks ago Snapchat made an update that sent its entire userbase in an uproar. Literally everyone that I know was complaining about the update and how awful it was. Well I just thought they were over exaggerating, but to be safe I chose not to update my app. When people saw my phone when I was on Snapchat they would be so jealous that I was one of the lucky few that didn't have the update! I thought I was completely safe since I have automatic updates for apps turned off on my phone.

Then this morning I decided to go on Snapchat and it had all updated! I immediately checked my app updates and to my surprise the app actually didn't update. Somehow Snapchat pushed through an internal update change that was automatic. I thought everyone was just complaining out of proportion, but holy cow this update is so awful. There literally is 0 way to tell between snaps that you have received and your friend's stories. It is just absolutely ridiculous. I'm so surprised they haven't reverted it back yet given the outrage that has been going on. 

Makes me also wonder if there will ever be a copycat of Snapchat that is supported by blockchain. For all I know that thing already exists! I feel like the possibilities could be endless, but the problem is that people wouldn't want the data stored on a blockchain forever...even though snaps are being saved somewhere out there anyway.
