This data is the total amount of Powering Up and then subtracting the total amount of Powering Down. If the total is positive, then there was more powering up than powering down. If the total was negative, then there was more powering down than there was powering up for that day.

The interesting take away are:

* You can clearly see that the overall powering up is higher than the powering down
* There is a substantial increase in the daily amount of power up that has taken place over that last month and a half
* The total of Power Up/Down has gone negative only three times in the last month and a half.
