什么叫能断？这里所说的断的意思是判断，所以能断就是能判断。再具体一点，当然指的是能准确判断。如果判断错误，那就是白断，或者瞎断，没有任何意义。只有准确的判断，才对生活，对社会有好处，才是我们所需要的能断。

要想准确的判断，必然得用脑子。人脑的运作也如同电脑，需要输入，才有输出。这里的输出就是人们做出的判断，而输入就是已知的各种信息。相关的，不相关的，有用的，没用的，都可以算成是输入。当这些输入进入大脑以后，靠着人们的大脑进行各种分析，还有各种盘算，就可以做判断了，也就是要输出了。所以，能否正确的输出，在很大程度上取决于能否正确的输入。如果输入的都是垃圾，那么输出能是些啥，也就可想而知了。

这么看来，把握好输入的信息就很重要了。只有输入对了，才有可能输出对，不然就只能靠瞎猫碰碰死耗子咯。
