 Hi, friends! Today I cooked for dinner a very tasty roast in a pot. My family loves this dish very much, so I cook it often. Cooking roast is very simple. To prepare the roast you will need: - 300 grams of beef, - onions, - carrots, - some large potatoes, - 1 tablespoon of butter, - salt, - spices, - mayonnaise. I have some small clay pots and one big one. This files most often cook the roast in a large pot. Meat cut into pieces and put on the bottom of the pot. Peel the potatoes. Onions and carrots lightly fry until golden brown. On the layer of meat put a layer of carrots with onion, add salt, spices and butter. The butter will melt during cooking and together with the meat juice will have a delicious broth. Top lay a layer of potatoes, sprinkle with salt and grease with mayonnaise. The pot should be placed in a cold oven. If you put it in a hot oven, it may crack. Turn on the oven, waiting for an hour and a half and delicious roast ready. If the house is a cheese that's a hot sprinkle with cheese. Will be even tastier.
