On the last day of Hivefest I wanted to buy myself a present for the occasion. @blockheadgames released @punksonhive during the event and I bought myself ten punks. I have never owned any Crypto Punks up until this point so it was nice getting some on one of my favorite blockchains. I paid 20 Hive for each Punk which cost me 200 Hive in total.

Once I bought them I had to wait overnight to see what I got. My understanding is that IPFS is used in creation of these Punks and can be quite slow generating the needed data for the NFTs to exist. 

Though the next day I was indeed able to see my Punks and I am quite happy with what I got. I will list their stats below for each of my ten bought. For now I plan on hodling them. Estimated values are based on high and low current market prices between 20 points of their rarity.

With only one day of market sales its hard to say their current worth, that is partially why I want to hold onto them for awhile and see how the prices balance out. Its hard to say what they will go for, so people have put a large spread on the prices for all rarities. As more start selling I should get a better idea of what they are worth. I hear the Santa Hat Punks are pretty valuable and I got one of those so looking forward to how the Santa Hat Punks price discovery goes.
