Around the time of HF21 Partiko notifications stopped working for me. This is common when devs do not make the needed changes after a fork to keep their dapp working. Dapps like Steemd, Actifit, Palnet and many others were back up a day after the fork but Partiko seemed to freeze at that point for mentions, comments and followers. Since Yesterday I've been getting a trickle of notifications coming in for comments and followers from days ago. Not sure exactly is happening, but a guess is their dapps nodes are "replaying" the blockchain. When a fork occurs sometimes clients need to rescan their local blocks and start building them correctly at the fork point. So my guess is Partiko is now in the progress of syncing or known as replaying on the Steem blockchain. Just like old transactions pop up on a wallet when catching up to the current block height. I hope to get current notifications again, as it was the biggest strength as a feature to me. Luckily I can still use Partiko to post, comment and upvote In the mean time without issue.
