Hübris a wonderful american light lager with a minimalistic bottle design
I have to say for warm summer days or even for warm spring days this is the perfect beer. Hübris the American light lager with this amazing bottle design is just a beautiful piece craft brewing.

As some of you might know I have spent a few days at Lake Balaton with my wife and I came upon this beautiful bottle in a little shop at the port. 0.33 liters for 850 HUF (about 2,70 in Euros or 3$) Not the cheapest beer I ever had but certainly one that caught my eye and due to its lightness a perfect grab for a hot summer day.

So what is in it? Well, the usual stuff that makes it into a beer. I will translate as best as I can:

Simple as the times tables hübris the cool bottom fermented American light lager beer.
Water, barley malt, hops, brewers yeast, lime peel. Original wort 9,3°B
As you can see the alcohol is super low at 3,8% which for a European beer stomach like mine is hardly even there.
I was quite thirsty so this bottle got finished up in no time before we got home from the port. So I only could take another picture of the empty bottle in the grass.
Simple like the times tables...

About the design of the bottle. I am a sucker for simple and beautiful fonts and colors. "hüs" simply means cool or chilled in Hungarian and I think all of you know what Hübris(hybris) means. [If you do not know what the word means go and look it up!](https://letmegooglethat.com/?q=hybris)
The company is located in Székesfehérvár (pronounce: sakeashfahearwar) Hungary and I love their style. Check out their language school:

They have a webshop where you can order all their beers:

And check out the language school even more ;)

This is an official post for the beer Saturday community by @detlev and today I would like to invite @checkz to write about his favorite beer.
