Hey splinterpeeps! It has been a long time since I wrote about splinterlands.  But now I am back and in this blog post I am going to show you what exactly happens if you sell all your land in your tract and only keep the Keep. About 8 months ago I was in a situation where I had to start to sell off my assets in splinterlands. My financial situation still is a bit hard to cope with but it got better and it keeps getting better. 
Unfortunately I had to sell all my land except for my keep. Before that I also had to sell a bunch of cards too, I wish there would have been another way but my choices where just as limited as my liquidity.

So now I am a man with one Keep. It is collecting taxes from all active plots in my tract. If we take a look at my production, we can see that there would be a little room for improvement but I don't have better cards or a Runi to max out the tax rate.

I wish I could max it out to 50%, that would increase my earnings by about 20%. Let us take a look at my workers:

As you can see I have a few gold foil gems there and I am happy I did not sell these cards. Actually the alpha gold frozen soldier is on of the cards I bought back when Splinterlands was trending and card prices where sky high. I paid more than 5k in USDT to a player who is well known for selling gold foil alpha cards...

Did I overpay? probably. Can I change it? No...

So probably everyone still reading this post is asking themselves: How much does this Keep produce?
The last time I harvested my land was 12 days ago. What accumulated in that time? How much is it worth in terms of DEC?
Let us have a look.

Let's harvest and see what it is worth.

Harvesting costs 1k in grain. Easy!

So what is all this worth? We have to move to the trade hub to see exact numbers. As a new season has just started I will exchange all resources I can for DEC and see if it is enough to pay for my wild season pass.

119k of grain is worth 918 DEC at the moment. I am not selling that much though because I also paid 1k grain for the harvest and I save up another 1k for the next harvest.

As we can see the 38,5k wood is enough to  get to 2k DEC  and buy my wild pass. so that is what we are going to do. 
Which also leaves us in a position where we can exchange the other resources only partially and grow our positions in the stone DEC and Iron DEC pools.

So how much is the stone I harvested worth?

391 DEC not bad at all. I am exchanging half of it for DEC and will grow my position in the Stone:DEC pool.

What about the IRON?

Here we also go with the same strategy swapping half and putting it into the IRON:DEC pool to grow our position.

the Iron if we would swap it fully would give us 754 DEC. 

So the total number in DEC would bring us to: 754+391+1152+902= 3199 DEC in total.

This is of course a number that varies depending on the harvesting rythm of all plots in my tract.

Now to the liquidity positions. I have been following the strategy of selling 50% of the harvest and putting it into the pools for quite some time.

Some rounding has been done so I will end up with a little Iron extra which will go in after the next harvest.

12 days of production and a little over 3k DEC worth of harvest. Not counting the SPS and AURA and RESEARCH. 
My one keep is thus producing a little less than 8k per month in DEC. This is enough to pay for the season passes and have a little extra.
Interesting to see and I have not checked this number thus far.
