You need to have enough sleep in a day. At least 8 hours. I really see big difference in sleeping less. 

I lose my concentration, and cant make things done correctly, I need to consume more energy to do the same amount of work, so why I should waste my time. 

 Do your regime. Wake up the same time every day, it will help you get up early easy. And also go to sleep the same time as it will help you get to sleep much faster. 

Today I woke up, after sleeping 3 hours and I must say, This day is ruined :(
