<center> Do you ever truly question your beliefs?? Most people don't. No one can influence your reality in a negative way unless you beLIEve them and ingest their energetic information.<br><br>  How much of what you believe was put there by someone else? I would guess it’s right around 95 percent or higher. That’s what I found when I questioned ALL of my beLIEfs around 15 years ago. I was heavily influenced and brainwashed by the schools I went to. I was heavily influenced and brainwashed by the catholic church. I was heavily influenced and brainwashed by the "media" and the Tel LIE vision.  I was also heavily influenced and pressured by my parents, family, and friends who were just regurgitating what they had been "programmed" to beLIEve. Wow, was this was such a Wake UP call for my ego! This changed everything for me. I made a commitment based on the invitation from my teacher to become the “watcher” of every single thought, judgement, emotion, and trigger. I began to question EVERYTHING, especially my long held beliefs.  This took me from being a person who automatically reacted to anything that did not match up with my beliefs, to a person who began using this new Awareness to start asking powerful questions with EVERY thought I had that produced an emotion that did not come from Love. With a little practice, this changed EVERYTHING in my life. More peace. More clarity. Better relationships with everyone I interacted with. More self love. And more confidence. I began only following what I loved and changed many things in my life for the better. Do YOU ever stop to question your beliefs?...........
