<center> <h1>THE STORM</h1> ***The morning comes but there is no sun, A dismal feeling has begun. The clouds build quickly filling the sky, The birds start to leave with a loud outcry.***  ***In the distance thunder rumbles, As it increases the noise one humbles. The trees bend down toward the ground, As the wind makes an eerie sound.***  ***The first raindrop the roof does hit. On the window ledge I sit. The rain pours down the window pane, And overflows the corner drain.***  ***The storm does now become more violent, The power goes and all is silent, Except the raging of the storm. The hail now begins to form. The eerie greenish coloured sky With the lightning does ally. Creating a powerful display, A warning message does relay. From the window I move away, As the trees still do sway.***    ***Time does pass and all goes still. A bird cries out a happy shrill. The clouds do part and the sun shines through.
