Hola amig@s  de Liketu , #Hive y #swc, un saludo y un fuerte abrazo , despu茅s de d铆as de haber estado inactivo por molestias en los codos, volvimos cargados de energ铆a, as铆 que hoy toca un entrenamiento de front lever, para iniciar realice un calentamiento completo y espec铆fico para los m煤sculos involucrados en el Front Lever: hombros, espalda, core y b铆ceps. Luego de calentar bien inicie mi entrenamiento con un bloque de Front Lever Asistido con Liga  para ayudarme  a realizar el movimiento buscando darle un poco m谩s de carga al deltoides posterior donde aguante, el maximo tiempo posible en 4 series ,  Descanso  entre series de 1:30 minutos, como segundo ejercicio Dominadas de Front Lever Asistido, este ejercicio lo trabaje para agregar un poco de volumen a los ejercicios y trabajar la palanca en si , realizando 3 repeticiones por 4 series, descansando entre serie unos 2 minutos.

Como tercer ejercicio aguantes de front lever pero en este caso cambie la forma en que la goma estaba , est谩 vez buscando mejorar la postura y activar bien la palanca , de este ejercicio realice 4 series de unos 6s de aguante , para finalizar unas 6 series de 5 muscle ups y 10 dominadas con retracci贸n escapular ,  no olviden  cuidar su cuerpo se les quiere  en Grande y recuerden que el "movimiento es vida "

After a good warm up I started my workout with a block of Assisted Front Lever with League to help me perform the movement looking to give a little more load to the posterior deltoid where I hold, the maximum possible time in 4 sets, rest between sets of 1:30 minutes, as a second exercise Assisted Front Lever Pulldowns, this exercise I worked to add a little volume to the exercises and work the lever itself, performing 3 repetitions for 4 sets, resting between sets about 2 minutes.

As a third exercise front lever holds but in this case change the way the rubber was, this time looking to improve posture and activate the lever well, this exercise perform 4 sets of about 6s hold, to finish about 6 sets of 5 muscle ups and 10 dominated with scapular retraction, do not forget to take care of your body you are wanted in Grande and remember that the "movement is life".
