<div class="text-justify"> Hola amig@s  de Liketu , #Hive y #swc, un saludo y un fuerte abrazo , la energía de hoy era tan grande como para entrenar mixto , así que hoy trabajamos front y plancha , calentamos cómo de costumbre, ya pronto subiré mi rutina de calentamiento, el primer combo que realice fue half aguantando 3s mas tuck adv pull ups por 3 repeticiones , últimamente eh estado bastante bien en front lever , de este combo realice 4 series , como segundo combo aguante de half al máximo más intentos de full planche para ir ganando volumen , 1 repetición por 3 series , como tercer combo 6  tuck adv pull ups con un aguante de semi touch de 5s ya este combo lo realicé más con el objetivo de ir ganando volumen en las dominadas , de este combo solo realicé 3 series debido a la fatiga del combo anterior .

Ya para finalizar metí  básicos donde realice muscle ups en emon de 10 minutos de 3 muscle ups , 4 series de 10 dominadas y curl de bíceps para no olvidarnos de reforzar y tener buenos tendones en el bíceps , ya a este punto se sentia el haber entrenado bien , no olviden  cuidar su cuerpo se les quiere  en Grande y recuerden que el "movimiento es vida "
