This post has been modified from its original format to reflect an agreement made with the waring parties. The agreement is thus.

 I drzoom - aka spaceghost - will not use my MoonKart assets (cards) to race, sell, or make fuel, or make a profit for 7 seasons or 70 days. No SCHOLAR or other player will use my MoonKart assets/cards to make a profit either during my time out. Starting on Friday May 23rd. I agree to not use my MoonKart assets on or before July 30, 2025. SorryISmurf will be my parole officer during this time. Over the next 3-5days (I am going out of town so I need more time to move them), I will transfer all assets to drzoom where they will sit dormant for the time of the agreement. The drzoom account has not shared any keys with other players. Should I profit from my MoonKart assets the other players can release the banishment proposal for a DAO vote. I will also take down / modify (I may not know how to delete it) my post accusing other players of cheating, and I hereby apologize for any hurt I caused by the post. In return the other players will not call for a DAO banishment/freeze vote. Once I have completed my timeout, the other players commit to never releasing the DAO vote. I will also commit to playing within the rules and not cheating or exploiting. Once the 7 seasons/70 days are passed I am allowed to profit from Moonkarts with the TOS. On a side note, I feel this is fair. I hurt members of the community and if this is how the community wants to be made whole, I will do it. Thank you DrZoom - aka SpaceGhost
