I do not believe the dump is over, but we shall see. Nobody can ever foretell the future. I am not trying to give anyone advice on when to buy or when to sell, however, I do want to present some thoughts.

I think the buying power has slowed down for Bitcoin while everyone who bought in for a low decided it was time to take profits, or "sell before it's too late". Those people are jumping on the bandwagon.

We saw a low of around $12000 this morning, with an  immediate spike back near 15k.

This will cause the price and confidence to wane, and buying power will probably subside down to the 10k levels. 

At the 10k level, we will likely see large buy resistance and an impulse will form, pushing us back into the 15k range.

We COULD see buy support take hold at the 12k region, in which case the price would spike higher, faster.
