I  fully agree with what's been said in this video and on my part I would like to add that, Tether is not only a way of bypassing the USA regulations, but, as a matter of fact, it is a stealth way of printing dollars. (Which is a grave sin in the eyes of money masters.) Because markets always trade perceptions as suppose to trading the underlying real stuff.
