By the way, yesterday was my last day of the #monthlyauthorchallenge and as promised in this post about the high [addiction potential of social media (german only)](https://steemit.com/deutsch/@stayoutoftherz/wie-soziale-netzwerke-unsere-gehirne-manipulieren) I will refrain for one week from Steemit (and WhatsApp). After the week I am back with a summary article of the monthly author challenge and how the social media fasting went 😊 (at least that´s the plan)

Übrigens, gestern was der letzte Tag meiner #monthlyauthorchallenge und wie in diesem Beitrag zum Thema [Suchtpotential der sozialen Medien](https://steemit.com/deutsch/@stayoutoftherz/wie-soziale-netzwerke-unsere-gehirne-manipulieren) angekündigt, werde ich eine Woche lang Steemit nicht benützen (auch WhatsApp nicht). Nach der Woche bin ich dann wieder zurück mit einer Zusammenfassung der monthly author challenge und erzähl auch, wie das social media-Fasten gelaufen ist 😊 (das ist zumindest der Plan).
