We must know ourselves in order to develop them. No one can achieve great things unless he believes in his own treatment. To be able to define our course we must know who we are, to know our strengths and weaknesses, our concerns and the opportunities we have. Growth requires that you know your path based on who you are and be able to combine what you learn today with what you learned yesterday.

### There are 3 types of people when choosing a direction of life:

* **category I**, do not know what they want to do
* **The second category**, (the frustrated) know what they want but do not apply
* **category III**, (happy) know what they want and apply it

### How do we discover our interests and goals?
The first step is to be aware of ourselves and their needs and the second is to accept recognition, by asking several questions to discover our goals: Do we like what we do now? If untested life is not worth living, life that we did not live deserves experience. Explore yourself first (what do you love? Who are you?) To face the dilemma that growth requires understanding of our selves, and understanding our self requires growth. What would you like to do? Every successful person has a sense of his unique abilities and ambitions. He is the leader of his life and dare to pursue his dreams in his own way. When we benefit from our interests, we will be given the energy and excellence. We will not achieve our fate. We hate what we do. Plan your mind and listen to your heart. When you plan to travel, study, or do what you love, if you do not know what you love, keep looking until you find it, then you will born, you must have criteria to see if your desires fit your potential. In order to succeed we must do what we do, do you know what makes you feel good? By aligning your desires with your motivations, the more balanced you are, the greater your chance of success

Every person wastes part of his life by trying to show qualities and skills he does not have. Motivation is important and may give us inner strength when things do not go well. Doing things for the right reasons makes life less chaotic and makes our way clearer. We will sleep comfortably because we know we are on the right track. . Moving from what we do to what we want to do requires awareness of what drives us away. We can not change our direction if we are not aware that we are not heading to where we want to go. Think where your current business and activities will take you. Think where you are going now and if not what you want Access it and write the steps you need to get what you want, be realistic and to be sure it, you've to moves, you will not win if you do not move

The superior people, if they do not find the right conditions, they make it through the initiative, means that every day we do something that brings us to the goal. When we announce our goals to the people, we are responsible for it and we have the pressure to continue to achieve it. The greatest growth is achieved by others showing you the way forward either by personal contact or through their books. Do we have to do what we want to do with them? The advice of a successful person in our field is very valuable. If you find a potential teacher, you have to have a learning spirit, prepare for the time you spend with him, ask him abundantly, prove that you have learned, take what you have learned.

Taking steps towards our dream has a price, to work hard, to sacrifice, to continue to learn and grow, most successful people say they started their way before they are fully prepared. Do not postpone how it would be if you achieved what you want to do, the situation will be better than you imagined and the return will be multiplier, and unmatched fun. There are two great days for human life, the day you were born, and the day when you discover why you came to life
