At some point, we will realize that even those who live a good life has necessarily suffered a great deal of pain. There is little pain in every change in our lives, out of the familiar and safe mode to the unknown. There are tremendous pains when our plans and expectations fail, and there is less pain when you make a mistake. The most mysterious pain is the pain of success when it does not make us feel as happy as we thought it would be our feeling.

Every one of us feels this pain. When we live, we usually say this is one of the worst days of our lives, because we forget something important about this pain: the pain exists to live those who still have a chance of life, only the dead do not feel that.

When we realize that something is no longer for us and give it up, we will feel free and comfortable. However, giving up something we love or want is one of the most difficult lessons in life. Whether it be something of our possessions, our worries, our anger, love or loss. Change is never easy, you resist to keep it and not to give up on your own. But dispensing is always the healthiest way forward, it removes the toxic effects and ideas associated with the past. You will liberate yourself emotionally from things that meant a lot to you, so you can overcome the past and the pain it brings you. Again, it takes hard work to let go of what hurts us emotionally and refocus our ideas, but it is worth all the effort we can muster to help ourselves.

You are a human being who lives and breathes, you are a more complex entity than all your individual problems are grouped. This means that you are stronger than them - you have the ability to change them, and change the way you feel as a result.

The real person sees reality as something tangible. Take what you learned and build something new. In other words, do not see difficulties in the opportunities available today, look for opportunities in today's difficulties. Record in your mind that today is a lifetime opportunity, remember that there is always a reason to celebrate. Celebrating small victories creates the momentum and inspiration to continue.
