Growth stops when we lose the strength of tension between our present place and where we can be. Few people apply stretch, many people do not realize the gap between what they are now and what they can be, and few of them learn and read to fill that gap. If you plan to be anything less than you can be, you will probably be unhappy every day with your life . Stretching always starts from the inside and goes outside and requires constant change and distinguishes us from others and magnifies our business when it becomes a way of life


We have to give up some things to grow. Getting growth opportunities may require giving up some of what we love. Think: What kind of trade has you made in your life? What things will not be accepted for exchange? family? Financial security? joy? Quick life. Examples of worthy tradeoffs: the abandonment of financial security today versus the realization and realization of my potential tomorrow, the abandonment of immediate pleasure versus personal growth, the abandonment of quick life for good life, the abandonment of security in exchange for the recognition of the meaning, the abandonment of the addition versus the multiplier. People try to add some things to their lives without giving up other things. This is not always possible. You can not do everything. Time is limited

Whoever seeks to achieve a little has to sacrifice a little, and who seeks to achieve much has to sacrifice a lot. Knowing what we are willing to give up is as important as knowing what we are not willing to give up.
