#### I would have to describe the city of Nafplio as an Unexpected Beauty. There is nowhere that you can look without seeing and feeling how unique it. Nafpoli a massive castle which dominates the city and narrow streets bursting with cascading flowers. **@gladiatom, @onceuponatime, @stan, me:) @liondani, and @michaelx. Notice the fortress to the right of @michaelx. That is a fortified islet called Bourtzi. The Bourtzi was built in 1473 to protect the entrance to the harbor from Pirates.**  **The magnificent Palamidi Castle overlooking the city of Nafplio. We didn't have time to tour the castle, but that just means I have to go back to visit :)**  **@liondani with Arie our steadfast driver lighting candles in one of the churches that are so rich with history.**  **Church of Ayios Georgios with a backdrop of the Palamidi Castle.**  **@gladiatom with yet another fabulous backdrop of a typical street**  @onceuponatime and @liondani  **Honestly, these photos do not do these streets justice, as this city has a unique vibe as well as beauty.**  **How wonderful is this to enjoy great friendship and beautiful memories in the amazing city Nafpoli,Greece.
