"Actions really speak louder than words." Saying 'sorry' sometimes is really meaningless without the effort. A complete apology is composed of acceptance of one's mistake and acknowledging responsibility, maybe a little explanation of why it happened, being truly sorry and asking for forgiveness, then, making it up to the person offended. But don't be too hard on yourself @clayboyn. As long as you exerted the effort, it's also okay for you to move on. Time can heal wounds.
