Now as you might say “Pay and Use” toilets are all over the world BUT following conversations can happen only in India!

(Uncle is a stranger who was standing behind me in the line and Owner is a person sitting exactly outside of toilet on a cash counter.)

Uncle : “I have to pee!”

Owner : “put Rs. 1 on the table.”

(Uncle put a Rs.10 note on counter)

Owner : “We accept only coins, if you don’t have one, use latrine for Rs. 5 and I will give you Rs.5 back.”(Just the laziness to give the change back!)

(Annoyed uncle went inside a latrine)

So according to owner, if you don’t have Rs. 1 or Rs. 2, you have to use latrine and give Rs. 5. You are unlucky, if you have only Rs. 100 notes in your wallet, “Sorry Sir!But you can use your train’s toilet! Till then, enjoy!”

I silently went inside and saw another guy standing exactly in the middle of all urinals. He worked as Heimdall the doorkeeper for the owner. He was managing incoming and outgoing of CUSTOMERS and was scheduling vacant urinals for them.

Doorkeeper: “Oye uncle, Hurry up!”

Uncle : “Come on, let me pee peacefully, I already have paid for it.”

Doorkeeper : “Other customers are waiting and only wash your hands here, don’t stay too long for washing your face at the basin.”
