Binance is one of the largest Cryptocurrency exchange in terms of 24-hour trading volume. Just a few months before, It had to close its operation in China due to Chinese ban on Cryptocurrency exchange and ICO. After that Binance and other Cryptocurrency exchanges moved from China to other countries especially Hong Kong, South Korea and Japan. 

Today, binance suspended its trading and withdrawal for few hours. Binance mentioned that this happened due to high trafic from new investors. They need to extend system upgrade

A lot of people started believing that Binance is hacked. As like the price of Cryptocurrency, People started panicking and spreading the news. look at the twitter from Mcafee. Though binance clarifies the issue of hacking in tweet.
