I totally agree with that.  We all choose.

If rewards are removed and unpleasant comments are made, what is the motive to use the site though?

I don't think it is mental abuse or she should sue, get someone fired or commit suicide.

But it is rude, it is bad for adoption and I can't understand why you think she should attempt to just move past it when everyone is doubling down.
