Watching a TV commercial of a major soft drink company, makes me wonder the reason people afraid of their FEAR. In the commercial , a man jumps off from the a high mountain tiff after initial hesitation/hiccups and he gulp few drinks of the Soft drink and the T.V screen flashes with :

## “Darr ke aage Jeet Hai” (Hindi)  – Victory beyond fear!

Stating that there is always a way ahead and there is nothing sort of Fear a man need to worry about. Fear an unusual situation that develops in a man minds due to facing a danger and harmful event.

Going by the definition available on most of the  Online dictionary , the actual defination of FEAR is:

> an unpleasant emotion caused by the threat of danger, pain, or harm

Considering the above definition, Fear is nothing but a mental state of mind, where an individual, perceived that certain action will result is danger or harmful or failure. Though there might be not the end result that the individual is expecting. Once an individual get rid of the mental set up, there may be optimum opportunities and there are chances such action won’t result in harming the individual in any way.

I have seen two aspect of Fear or there are ***2 Synonyms*** of FEAR, that can be considered in real life. These two FEAR aspect also distinguishes the Two category of people, among the general masses.

Firstly , **Forget Everything And Run** : F.E.A.R

*This is simply implies, turning away from the situation. People who get afraid of the situation , and do not have the courage to face the uphill tasks. They are more worried of the failure, rather than giving a try. These people comes with the **“Coward”** category who instead of facing the situation show their back and ran away.*

Secondly, **Forget Everything And Rise** : F.E.A.R

*This states that **“Victory beyond fear”** as shown in the TV commercials. Instead of turning away, An individual need to rise to occasion and face the tasks with utmost authority. No matter, the thought of failure does not get nearby. These kind of people comes under the **“Braveheart”** category, who not worried of the end result. They keep rise to the occasion and face the situation.*

As stated earlier , **FEAR** is nothing only the mental illusion , where the mind play around your emotional part and binds you from doing some difficult task. It may be the thought of Failure or Danger that restricts humans from doing something. One need to get rid of their mental binding to feel free and face the situation, without any hiccups or hesitation.

Also, FEAR make people depressed , due to overthinking on the outcomes. Just Combat the situations.
