The Steem Freelancer's Guild is looking for ***two*** members to help manage our [Discord server](https://discord.gg/S3vGgYh)!

#### Position:
* Discord Moderator

#### Requirements:
* A general knowledge of how Discord works, what #steemgigs is, how the guild works, and the "next steps" for new members. 
* A willingness to lend advice or guidance to anyone who graces our server. 
* Must be an SFG member

#### Responsibilities:
* Welcome new people to the server and be ready to answer any questions they may have.
* Guiding any user who seeks help in joining the guild. 
* Managing post promotion channels.
* Role & Label management of members/partners.

#### Payment:
* As per the [SFG budget allocation](https://steemit.com/money/@steemfreelancers/steem-freelancer-s-guild-allocation-of-funds-feb-2018), 5% of all funds gathered in the "profit pool" will be paid out to moderators. This 5% is a sub-pool for all moderators. If we can get the job done with only 2, each will earn 2.5% of guild profits for their work, paid out every Friday.
