Access to Sewerage Systems </p> <p>The objective of this programme is to increase sewage service coverage, which is mentioned in several chapters of Agenda 21. <br> </p> <p><em><strong>Translation: The objective of this program is to increase the price and decrease the quality of sewage services via corporate monopolization.</strong></em><br> </p> <p>Education </p> <p>8. Water Pricing </p> <p>Water pricing, which usually is determined by the volume of usage, is a measure used to impose financial incentives and promote water conservation. <br> </p> <p><em><strong>Translation: Coerced Financing </strong></em></p> <p><em><strong>Price gouging, which is usually determined by a handful of corporate psychopaths, is a method for reducing water usage by wage slaves. </strong></em></p> <p>11.
