Daily walking for 15 minutes can add more years to your life. The recent study by Harvard said that people who walk every day for 15 minutes are healthier than the people who doesn't.

And much more, I'll tell a real time scenario, there is an older man in our neighborhood, he walks every day to his office which is 5 miles away. It takes more than 45 minutes for him to reach his office. But still he is going to the office same way since 40 years onwards. He is 75 years old, but still he is very healthy and active.
