## <center>DANGER! DANGER! BANDWIDTH LIMIT EXCEEDED!! GET YOUR BUTT TO THE EXCHANGES AND FEED ME MORE STEEM POWER!</center>

<center>Today on my personal profile @sflaherty this message has hit me numerous times today. At first I was thinking this was some sort of issue with the blockchain but it hit me not too long ago after watching my steemnow page and my voting patterns with the average Steem price that its all due to the price hitting us.</center>

<center>I hold about 900 SP on my personal account but I have delegated about 827 SP to this account for my @steemitbc project so due to that my worth on my @sflaherty profile is really at the bottom at the moment. Right now the averaging system says that Steem payouts are worth exactly $1.00 but if you have used a bit of your voting power and on the low side you may see your upvotes worth actually $0.00 like my delegated account is saying at this very moment. To test things I let my voting power recover to $0.01 and like magic that BANDWIDTH LIMIT EXCEEDED locked account lifts. But as soon as I vote again I am down and out with no allowance to use Steemit once again.</center>

#### <center>I KEEP KNOCKING BUT STEEMIT WON'T LET ME IN</center>

<center>So if your seeing this issue you are not alone I promise you. Basically you have to have enough weight to give to the community to play the Steemit game. So if you run yourself down in voting power and hit $0.00 voting weight right now you will get the headache I am seeing with lock outs. So option A is wait it out to recover your voting power or go to that exchange and buy some Steem and Blocktrade it in by purchasing some Steem Power from them to hit your account.</center>

<center>Personally I am kind of worried about this though because we have not even had the averaging system catch up to the lows we are seeing. If I am getting locked out with 79% voting power and spare 56 SP at the moment...then I am betting against the odds when the averaging system rides below the low so far that a lot of us will be without usage of our accounts. Minnows are going to be really upset soon I fear.</center>

<center>I get it though, this does encourage us to buy some Steem Power to keep the system going when all time lows hit. For the average person with a lot of SP right now that is no big deal I guess. Here on @steemitbc with my delegated SP on it, not one hiccup or lock out.</center>

<center>This is a heads up though to those with this issue, I talked with many users today and this is clearly happening to quite a few people and I just wanted to give a rough comment on what I believe is causing it after testing the situation all day. I am sure we will get through this rough time but just watch that voting worth a bit and be careful or you may be like me right now waiting out time to say hello to my friends here on Steemit.</center>
