This is a combination of two versions made popular by Amy Winhouse. I know you like her. 
Her several of her songs have a swing feel. It's actually rock shuffle. The term, "shuffle" implies a swinging rythm with a back beat. 
The grandfather to this would be the jazz swing feel. 
"*Moon Dance*" by Van Morrison is a pop-tune with swing feel.
Big Band uses both types (except when playing "latin" songs).
"*All ABout That Bass*" is an example of a shuffle. It's like a marching band shuffle IMHO. You see why people like it.
