Polygon was born in 2019, and was initially called Matic Network. The project was launched by Indian engineers and computer scientists Jaynti Kanani, Sandeep Nailwal and Anurag Arjun. Polygon is a layer 2 of Ethereum and was created to facilitate and lower costs on Ethereum. Transactions that occur on Polygon are handled by a Proof of Stake consensus algorithm. It is defined as an aggregator of scalable solutions on Ethereum supporting a multi-chain Ethereum ecosystem.

It seems that Polygon's developers have stated that they are also working to implement their solution on Bitcoin's best-known blockchain, which is precisely a proof-of-work blockchain like Ethereum

***Chart Analysis***
The MATIC token is worth $2.02 today. The chart set to one year shows a token steadily rising. The price is traveling in a bullish channel. However, we are in the waning phase and the token could fall to $1.5 and then make a restart. There is a 70% probability that the value of Matic will continue to fall to $1.5.

***Conclusions***
Polygon had a stellar 2021 and today it is among the 20 most capitalized coins despite the project being born only 2 years ago. To date I consider it the best layer 2 solution in the Ethereum ecosystem.

Polygon è un layer 2 di Ethereum e nasce per facilitare ed abbassare i costi su Ethereum. Le transazioni che avvengono su Polygon vengono gestite da un algoritmo di consenso Proof of Stake. Viene definito come un aggregatore di soluzioni scalabili su Ethereum a supporto di un ecosistema Ethereum a multi-catena.

Sembra che gli sviluppatori di Polygon abbiano dichiarato di essere al lavoro per implementare la loro soluzione anche sulla più nota blockchain di Bitcoin che è proprio una blockchain proof of work come Ethereum

***Analisi del grafico***
Il token MATIC oggi vale 2.02$. Il grafico impostato ad un anno mostra un token in costante crescita. Il prezzo viaggia in un canale rialzista. Tuttavia siamo nella fase calante ed il token potrebbe scendere fino a 1,5$ per poi fare una ripartenza. C’è una probabilità del 70% che il valore di Matic continui a scendere fino a 1,5$.


***Conclusioni***
Polygon ha avuto un 2021 strepitoso ed oggi si trova tra le 20 monete più capitalizzate nonostante il progetto sia nato solo 2 anni fa. Ad oggi la ritengo la soluzione di layer 2 migliore dell’ecosistema di Ethereum.
