<h2>First 40 #steemtalent Open Invitations</h2>

It will be three weeks tomorrow that the #steemtalent project was launched and what an amazing three weeks it has been.

As promised, I wanted to share with you a quick update on the progress that is being made.

Yesterday, I shared with you a list of the first 40 #steemtalent Open Invitations that have now gone out and explained that these 40 "handpicked" Invitations effectively had an aggregate of over  2,579,318 followers on twitter.

In this short video, I explain that I am expecting that these 40 Invitations will have a network exposure of over +250,000 if you applied the 20% / 50% rule as laid out in yesterdays blog.

<h2>10,000,000 aggregate followers</h2>

As we pass through weeks 4, 5 and 6, I am expecting that this +2,500,000 aggregate number of followers will grow to +10,000,000.

Should this goal be achieved in three weeks, if you applied the 20% / 50% rule set out and explained in the video, this would equate to a network effect of over +1,000,000 potential followers having been exposed to #Steemit.

<h2>London trip</h2>

Over the next few days I will be sharing with you some exciting news regarding a London trip that is coming up.

On the trip, I will be meeting up and talking to a few people about #steemtalent and its potential.

It is a trip that I am very excited to be making and I look forward to meeting up with those that have asked to see me.
