So, let's make it fun: I'm sending 1 STEEM to up to 10 of you guys that try to explain the most ridiculous thing to that poor Roman. 10 most valuable comments are rewarded! My discretion! ๐Ÿ˜Ž

The Roman Empire was founded in 27 BC.

During that period, clothes distinguished the social classes of the people, the mother tongue was Latin, people were entertained by deadly clashes between gladiators and the most profitable market was that of slaves.

Imagine that an ancient Roman suddenly found himself in today's society.
What would be the most complicated thing to explain to him?

Me: "I have this device in my pocket through which I can look at photos of cats and argue aggressively with people I don't even know"

Roman guy:

That's actually shameless me with a white towel around my shoulders and the laurel crown I wore at my graduation. Yeah, that's how we do it... Not the towel, the crown thing.

So, I'm curious to know what you guys would try to explain to an ancient Roman. Comment below.

Upvotes and Resteems would be much appreciated! โœŒโœŒ
