Some random spring things from Vermont. Sweet scented geranium is blooming.

Columbine is blooming too. This is Rocky Mountain Blue Columbine. The native red columbine is blooming also. We have some in back of the house but its too deep in tick-ville to get a picture this morning.

Several of our apple trees have bloomed and set fruit now. This is a winecrisp with tiny apples starting to blush red.

The gardening community is quite generous. We got these geraniums a couple of years ago from a neighbor that was thinning them out. They love this little shady spot.

Another neighbor gave us a couple of clumps of columbine. The blue variety.

There are already a couple of new plants from last years seeds. Everyone talks about plants that spread and take over areas. Usually in a cautionary way. We are always like "bring it on" we have lots of beds to fill and never seem to have that kind of luck.
